Spider-Man Cross-Stitch by saber4734 Spider-Man Cross-Stitch by saber4734
Spidey was the 2nd cross-stitch I did with this ammount of graphics.

I have chosen to replace the original picture with a picture before framing was done because I think you get the feel of the graphics in this artwork better.

INFORMATION:
Pattern size: 146 x 200 stitches
Aida Used: 14 count
Number of threads used: 18 DMC

This is amazing, could you share the pattern please for thread colours etc. You have inspired me to try

I would be willing to share what colors I used. However, I do not share these larger patterns with anyone. Given the way I make them they are one of a kind and I prefer they remain one of a kinds. Now I could get you in touch with someone else who could possibly make you a pattern using a computer program.

You were certainly right about the colours complementing each other. Fantastic cross stitch and the shading is cool. =)

Well I can't do them all the time. They take so much time. After I finish my current project its back to small patterns for a while. :)

Yes I do believe Spidey was one of my better ones. I did it right after Daredevil so I had some experience under my belt then.

Oh it does take forever and I don't really have the ambition I used to. Not likely I will do one of these bigger pieces again. Unless someone pays for one. And it isn't likely someone would pay what i'd ask. :)

That one has been posted ever since I became a member of DA. But yes I did do a good job. Spidey's suit wasn't as hard as I expected.

Thank you. Spidey's suit was one of the harder patterns i've done. But I must agree with you, I chose great colors.

Check my previous journal entries to find a picture of Wolverine. It is not finished but enough is done to get the feel of the pattern.

This is probably my favorite piece in your gallery. It's amazing the amount of work that you put into creating the patterns. I don't have the patience for it. I have a bunch of half-finished large projects sitting and waiting for me to come back to them.

Yeah Spider-Man was the second large pattern I did.
Daredevil was the first and will always be special to me, but I think I did a better job on Spidey.
Trust me though, if you finish those large pieces you will feel really good about yourself.

I have to admit that the one large piece that I finished for my friends' wedding present made me feel pretty good.

Yeah whether it's for yourself or someone else it does make you feel good. After I finished Captain America I almost bit off all my fingernails waiting for it to get framed.
